In 1990 I had the privilege to meet Dr Roy Walford, an American scientist in charge of the project Biosphere II in Arizona and thenafter to be the first press member to visit the place. Biosphere II was a highly secretly experiment by which 8 scientist would live inside a dome for 2 years in a self sustained mode to proof that the conquest of Mars and the subsequent installation of human nucleus could be possible in the very next future.
